Can I get a refund? Or exchange?

In most cases if you have purchased the wrong size, contact us within 5 days of receiving your order and we will happily exchange if the replacement size is stocked. Orders must be returned unworn and in the original packaging with all tags. Return shipping and re-delivery expenses will be paid by the customer. If the item is not in stock we can provide you with an online store credit to the value of your item minus shipping costs. It is not our policy to issue refunds for change of mind so please choose carefully. 

Can I track my order?

Tracking details will automatically sent to your email address when your item is shipped. Please note that pre-order items will not ship immediately and you will not receive an email until the item is on it's way. Contact us if you have ordered internationally and require help locating your tracking number. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, or unclaimed, we are able to resend it out again but the re-shipping cost will be need to be covered by you.

When will my order will shipped?

Every effort is made to ship stocked items same day if ordered by 3pm EST. If that is not possible, orders will be shipped ASAP.
